1. About Shipping

・Incoterms Delivery will be via DAP (Delivered At Place).
・We generally ship using EMS, but in the United States we use DHL.
・Please register your name as it appears on your passport or other official documents.
・Please register your address in Roman letters.
・Shipping estimates will be the same as for domestic orders, but delivery times will vary depending on the country and region.

2. Shipping Fees

- Shipping costs vary depending on the country and weight of the item, and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Customs duties are not included.
- Normally, no additional shipping charges will be charged after your order is confirmed.

3. Customs and Import Taxes

-Customs duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- It is not included in the total amount at check-out.
・These costs are not included in the product price or shipping charges, and may be charged by the shipping company before you receive the item.

4. Handling of non-delivery and returned packages

- If you are absent, the address is incorrect, or customs duties are not paid, the product will be returned.
・If the item is returned due to refusal to accept it or expiration of the storage period, we will refund the amount received minus the shipping costs.
