The estimated period is for reference only. Actual shipping times may vary depending on external wholesalers, manufacturers, and delivery companies.

For made-to-order products, our store does not hold stock. Therefore, we cannot accommodate requests for same-day shipping or similar, even if you contact us.
Shipping for Multiple Items

When multiple items are purchased under the same order number, shipping will take place once all items are ready.

If you wish to have items shipped separately as they become available, please place separate orders in advance.

We cannot combine shipping fees across multiple orders, nor can we refund any portion of shipping fees.
Shipping Fees (Standard)

Within Japan: A flat shipping fee of 700 JPY nationwide.

Outside Japan: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination country/region and package weight.
Incomplete Address

If your order contains an incomplete address (e.g., missing street number) and the product cannot be shipped, Customer Support will contact you by email.

If we do not receive a reply within 7 days (with the day of sending the email counted as Day 1), your order may be canceled.

Any paid amount will be refunded via the payment method you selected at the time of order.
Reshipment Policy
If the product cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse by the carrier due to the following reasons, reshipment will be handled as follows:

Incomplete address

Incorrect recipient name

Exceeding the carrier’s holding period due to absence
Conditions:

As a rule, reshipment is not available once the product is returned.

However, if you contact Customer Support within 7 days from the date the product is returned to our warehouse, we will accept a reshipment request.

In such cases, shipping fees will be borne by the customer (cash on delivery).

Please note that we cannot provide details regarding the shipping fee.
Cancellations After Return

If no reshipment request is made within 7 days of the product being returned to our warehouse, the order will be canceled and refunded.

In the case of cancellation after return, shipping fees (including return shipping) and handling fees will be borne by the customer.

Wrong Item Delivered

If an incorrect item is delivered, please contact Customer Support within 3 days of receipt without opening the package.

Procedure: The incorrect item must be returned to us. Once we confirm receipt, we will promptly ship the correct product.

In this case, all shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
