Refund policy

 

 

Cancellations

  • We do not accept any order cancellations due to customer convenience after the order has been placed.

  • Please carefully check the condition of the product and the details of your order before making a purchase.

  • Duplicate orders (e.g., when a customer mistakenly believes an order has not been completed and places multiple orders) also cannot be canceled.

  • If you need to confirm the status of your order, please contact our Customer Support.


Returns & Exchanges

We will provide a return or exchange (for the same product) at no cost to the customer if the issue is due to our fault, such as:

  • The product delivered differs from the product ordered

  • The product is damaged or defective

Conditions:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if you do not contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Only unused products are eligible for return or exchange.


Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed according to the payment service selected at the time of order.

  • For security reasons, we cannot process refunds via a method specified by the customer other than the original payment method.

  • The time required for refund completion may vary depending on the payment service.

  • For confirmation of the refund date, please contact your payment service provider directly.


Refunds Due to Customer Circumstances

If the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or if the shipment is returned by the carrier regardless of the customer’s intent or fault, refunds will be handled as follows:

  • Before Shipment:
    The full amount paid will be refunded.

  • After Shipment / Returned Delivery:
    Round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
    Specifically, the shipping fee charged at the time of purchase (flat rate: 700 JPY) and the return shipping fee (flat rate: 700 JPY) will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remainder will be refunded.


Cooling-Off Policy

As our store operates under a mail-order sales format, the Japanese “Cooling-Off” system does not apply.
